AppHelp.io ("AppHelp," "we," "us," or "our") publishes free, plain-English troubleshooting guides for popular apps. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site and how it's used. We don't require an account or ask you for personal information to read our guides.
Information We Collect
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. This service does not use cookies or track individuals across websites, and it does not collect personally identifiable information.
"Was this helpful?" ratings. Each guide has a thumbs up / thumbs down button. When you click one, we store an anonymous count against that guide — not against you personally. We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any account information through this feature.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and performance purposes. We don't use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and Advertising
AppHelp.io may display advertisements served by third-party advertising companies, including Google. These companies may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet.
