Amazon Says Delivered But Not Received: How to Fix It
Amazon tracking says your package was delivered, but you can't find it.
What exactly is happening?
Try these in order
- Check the address on the order. Open Your Orders and confirm the shipping address is right (Amazon Help).
- Look for a delivery photo and notes. Check Your Orders for a delivery photo or confirmation, and Message Center for a delivery attempt notice (Amazon Help).
- Search around the house. Check your mailbox, side doors, and anywhere your delivery instructions say to leave packages (Amazon Help).
- Ask household members and neighbors whether someone took it in for you (Amazon Help).
- Wait 48 hours. Packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before they actually arrive (Amazon Help).
- Contact the right party. If a third-party seller shipped it, contact the seller. If Amazon shipped it, contact Amazon Customer Service within 30 days of the expected delivery date (Amazon Help).
Still stuck? Keep a note of when you checked and any delivery photo — it makes a refund or replacement request faster. You can also check with the carrier directly (Amazon Help).
