Spotify Wrapped Not Showing: How to Fix It
Spotify Wrapped is out, but you can't find yours or it says you're not eligible.
What exactly is happening?
Try these in order
- Update the Spotify app. Wrapped often won't appear on older app versions (Spotify Community).
- Search for Wrapped. Search 'Wrapped' in the app, or open the Wrapped landing page directly (Spotify Community).
- Clear the app's cache. In Spotify's settings, clear the cache, then restart the app (Spotify Community).
- Check eligibility. Wrapped has eligibility rules, so not every account gets one (Spotify Support).
- Check your country. Wrapped isn't available in every country (Spotify Community).
- Make sure you're on the right account. If you have more than one Spotify login, Wrapped only shows on the one you listened on.
Still stuck? Spotify's community team can't change eligibility. If you're not eligible, you'll still see the general editorial content but not your personal top songs (Spotify Community).
