YouTube Subscriptions Not Showing: How to Fix It

Channels you subscribed to are missing, or new videos from them aren't appearing in your Subscriptions feed.

What exactly is happening?

Try these in order

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the right account. Subscriptions are tied to the account — if you have more than one, switch accounts from your profile picture.
  2. Open the Subscriptions tab and tap All. That shows every channel you're subscribed to. Use the drop-down at the top to filter (YouTube Help).
  3. Check you're still subscribed. Go to a video from the channel — if the button says Subscribe instead of Subscribed, tap it again (YouTube Help).
  4. Turn on the notification bell. Tap the bell next to Subscribed and choose All to get notified of every new upload (YouTube Help).
  5. Update or reinstall the app. Close and reopen YouTube, or reinstall it, if the feed won't refresh (YouTube Help).
  6. Check the channel's status. If a channel was deleted or terminated, it disappears from your subscriptions.
Still stuck? If dozens of subscriptions vanished at once, check that you aren't signed into a brand account or a different Google account.
