Zoom Login Problems: How to Fix It

Zoom won't accept your password, or it asks you to verify your sign-in and the email never arrives.

Try these in order

  1. Reset your password. Use the email tied to your Zoom account to reset it, create a new password, and sign in again (Zoom Support).
  2. Wait a few minutes for the verification email. Some email providers delay delivery, so give it time before requesting another (Zoom Support).
  3. Check your spam or junk folder. Also make sure your provider or workplace allows mail from no-reply@zoom.us (Zoom Support).
  4. Try a different sign-in method. If email sign-in fails, use another supported option — and if you're on a work account, sign in with your organisation's single sign-on (Zoom Support).
  5. Remember the one-device rule. Zoom allows one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time; signing in on a second device of the same type logs the first one out (Zoom Support).
  6. Check your connection and update the app. A stable internet connection and the latest Zoom version resolve many sign-in failures (Zoom Support).
  7. Clear the cache or reinstall. Clear Zoom's cache and cookies, restart your device or browser, and reinstall Zoom if the problem persists (Zoom Support).
Still stuck? If you no longer have access to the email address on your Zoom account, follow Zoom's process for changing your sign-in email, and turn on two-factor authentication afterwards (Zoom Support).
